Embroidered for Georgia teams

Embroidered Polos for Georgia Businesses

Hand-digitized, machine-stitched embroidered polos for Georgia companies — Port Authority, Nike, OGIO, and Carhartt blanks in stock. Industrial-wash-rated thread. One-polo minimum.

An embroidered polo is the workhorse garment of company branding in Georgia. It works for the office, the trade show, the front-of-house at a restaurant, the open house, and the company picnic. It outlives a printed tee by years. And it is the easiest garment to get wrong — because the polo blank market is huge, the embroidery world is full of shortcuts, and the difference between a good embroidered polo and a sloppy one is enormous.

Our default Georgia polo program runs on Port Authority K500 (the most-ordered SilkTouch polo in the country, for good reason — soft hand, stays tucked, holds shape after washing). For customers who want a step up, we move to Port Authority K540 (performance fabric, great for outdoor work in Georgia summers), Nike Dri-FIT 363807 (for sports-adjacent brands), or OGIO OG101 (for tech and creative companies that want a more modern silhouette). For trades and outdoor work, Carhartt CT102358 is unbeatable.

Thread quality is non-negotiable. We use Madeira Polyneon polyester — colorfast, UV-stable, and industrial-wash-rated to over 60°C. We stock 200+ spools, which means when you say 'forest green like our existing brand polo,' we usually have a perfect match in inventory. No special-ordering thread, no waiting a week for one color.

On the digitizing side, the test of an embroidery shop is what your logo looks like at 3.5 inches across a polo chest. Auto-digitizing — which most online printers use — produces an okay file at large sizes but breaks down at chest scale. We hand-digitize every file: real underlay, real pull compensation, real density. The result is a logo that looks like it was designed for the polo, not pasted onto it.

Pricing for embroidered polos in Georgia starts at $24 each at our single-polo tier, drops to $18 at 25 polos, and $14 at 100. Digitizing on a standard logo is included. Thread color matching is included. Stitching individual employee names on the right chest is +$5 per polo. Ship-to-anywhere in Georgia is 1-3 business days from our Temple shop.

Why Hobbs Peak

WHAT YOU GET WITH US

Tajima multi-head embroidery

Commercial Tajima 6-head + single-head equipment. Consistent tension, no broken-needle ruined polos, throughput to handle real Georgia company orders without weeks of queue.

Hand-digitized files

Every logo is path-planned by hand. Auto-digitizing kills logos at polo-chest scale; we do it right so your wordmark reads cleanly even at small sizes.

Premium blank library

Port Authority K500/K540, Nike Dri-FIT, OGIO, Carhartt, and TravisMathew for premium clients. We stock the most-ordered colorways in S-3XL; 4XL and 5XL are 3-5 day special-order.

One-polo sample run

Want to see your logo on the actual blank before ordering 50? We will stitch a single sample for cost (usually under $30) so you commit to the full run with the real polo in your hand.

FAQ

QUESTIONS WE GET A LOT

What is the best embroidered polo blank for Georgia summers?
For team uniforms in Georgia heat, the Port Authority K540 performance polo is hard to beat — moisture-wicking, holds color, breathes well, and embroiders cleanly. For office or sales-facing teams, the Port Authority K500 SilkTouch is more formal and equally durable. For outdoor crews, Nike Dri-FIT 363807 is what we recommend.
How many stitches does a polo chest logo run?
A simple text-only or 1-2 color logo runs about 6,000-10,000 stitches at standard chest size (3.5-4 inches wide). A more detailed logo with multiple colors and small text can run 12,000-18,000. We charge per finished polo by quantity tier, not per stitch — so you do not get a surprise stitch-count surcharge.
Do you embroider individual employee names on Georgia polo orders?
Yes — name embroidery on the right chest is one of our most-asked add-ons. Standard is $5 per polo, single-line, in a font of your choice. You send us the name list, we stitch them, and we sort them by employee for easy distribution. For multi-location teams, we can even ship per-employee packets directly.
How long does an embroidered polo order take to ship across Georgia?
Production time: 5-7 business days from artwork approval. Shipping: 1-3 business days UPS Ground from Temple to most Georgia addresses. So you should plan on 7-12 business days end-to-end. Rush orders (under 7 business days) can be quoted — call us at (470) 379-2789 and we will tell you straight whether your timeline is workable.
Will the embroidery hold up to a commercial laundry service?
Our Madeira Polyneon thread is rated for industrial wash conditions including high heat and chlorine bleach. We pull-compensate our digitizing to prevent puckering through repeated industrial washing. For uniform programs that go through a commercial laundry weekly, tell us upfront and we will spec a slightly heavier underlay to extend stitch life.
