POLOS

Custom embroidered polos are the single most-ordered apparel category for corporate, hospitality, and field-service customers — and for good reason. A polo with a clean left-chest embroidered logo reads as professional in a way a t-shirt never will, costs less than a button-down, and survives weekly laundry for years. We've been embroidering polos for Georgia businesses for half a decade.

Our most-requested polo blank is the Port Authority K500 Silk Touch — a 5.1 oz pique knit in 65/35 poly/cotton, available in 30+ colors with full S–4XL runs in nearly every color. It's the safe choice for the widest range of body types and dress codes. For higher-activity uniforms (outdoor crews, trade shows, sales floors that walk a lot), we recommend the Sport-Tek ST650 Micropique Polyester or the Nike Dri-FIT 363807 — both wick moisture, dry fast, and look new after 50 washes.

Standard embroidery is a left-chest logo at 3.5″ × 3.5″ (the universally accepted corporate spec). We also offer right-sleeve embroidery (typically a vertical 2″ × 2.5″ secondary mark), back-yoke embroidery (a 4″ × 1″ horizontal stripe), and under-collar tag embroidery for a premium retail feel. Every additional location adds $3 per garment.

Pricing starts at $36 per polo at qty 1 and drops to $24 per polo at 200+ — the same volume curve we use across our apparel program. Digitizing is free on orders of 25+ polos and a one-time $25 fee on smaller first-time orders (free on every reorder thereafter). Size and color mixing within an order doesn't carry an upcharge — a 24-piece run of mixed colors and sizes gets the same 24+ tier pricing as a single-color run.

Lead time is 2–3 weeks from proof approval to ship, with rush options available for trade-show deadlines. For most Georgia corporate customers we coordinate the polo order alongside a matching embroidered cap order (same logo, same thread chart, same digitized file) so the on-site uniform program is cohesive across pieces.
