Villa Rica is the most interesting town in West Georgia right now. The population has more than doubled in a generation, the new development around Mirror Lake and the Highway 61 corridor has turned a quiet downtown into a real destination, and the Gold Rush heritage gives the brand identity something genuine to pull from. Real estate is the single biggest Villa Rica customer category for us. The growth has brought wave after wave of new agents, new teams, and new brokerages — and almost every one of them needs branded gear. Closing-gift leather patch hats are the most-ordered item: a real cowhide patch debossed with the brokerage logo, sewn onto a Richardson 112 or an Outdoor Cap, presented as the closing gift.
